Jennifer Grumbley provides personal training and Pilates instruction services to people in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Gloucestershire. Jennifer Grumbley is a fully qualified member of the Pilates Institute, REPS and Fitness Professionals. Qualifications include Advanced Matwork, Seniors, the Pregnant, Back Care, Stability Ball, Pilates in the Gym and Remedial Pilates.
